A company is looking for a Loan Administration Specialist to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile funding package totals and resolve discrepancies with vendors and lenders
Execute disbursements for loan payoffs and related costs
Provide support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or higher
Experience in accounts payable / receivable preferred
Strong understanding of funding processes and loan servicing is a plus
High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
