A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Rebate Administration & Analytics, responsible for developing and executing rebate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of rebate strategies to meet business objectives
Oversee a team responsible for rebate administration, reporting, and analytics
Ensure timely and accurate payment and reconciliation, acting as the escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field; HS diploma or GED required
12 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical distribution, or related roles
8 years of management or leadership experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
