CORPORATE CLEANING GROUP WANTS YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

We are a commercial cleaning company seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a school in Ann Arbor

Shift is : Monday-Friday 4 : 00 pm-10 : 00 pm (30 hours per week)

Pay $17 - $18 an hour

Cleaning Supervisor Duties Include :

• Communicate with customers on any special cleaning needs or issues
• Insuring all procedures and policies are followed by cleaning staff
• Train and retrain staff on cleaning
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
• Responsible to make sure the staff is following job cards
• Set agenda for the week on any special needs or focus
• Perform inspections and do follow-up inspections
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours
• Communicating all matters to their manager and some matters via communication log
• Working side by side with cleaners
• Making sure all lights are off and the facility is locked and secure
• Filling in and completing a cleaning shift
• Assisting with detail cleaning as time allows
• Insuring all supplies and equipment are well organized
• Responsible for nurturing positive attitude amongst the staff
