The job : As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on assigned floors, addressing guest complaints and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for both guests and staff. We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have 2+ years of supervisory experience in the hotel industry and are ready to lead your team in providing a luxurious and inviting atmosphere, we want to hear from you! The starting rate : $20.00 per hour The day-to-day :

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and high standards on assigned floors.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain excellent customer service.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and manage records of repairs and quality of work.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete daily reports and submit required paperwork using technology.

Pay rate : $20.00 Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
