HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tacoma Puyallup is seeking a Housekeeping Manager Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Manager directs operations of the housekeeping department, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring quality service to achieve overall guest satisfaction and maintenance of hotel assets.

STATUS :SCHEDULE :
- Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays
- 23.08 to $25.55 / DOE
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 0.069231 for every hour worked. 8 paid holidays included in PTO annual accrual rate

- Work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends and holidays and maintain availability via cell phone.
- Establish and maintain effective professional, courteous, constructive relationships with guests, staff and management team.
- Successfully hire, train and motivate staff.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Four years progressively responsible experience in housekeeping supervisory / management experience required or equivalent combination of experience and education.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Medium Work : Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and / or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to hear, stand, stoop, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, and have a keen sense of visual acuity. Position requires occasional pushing and pulling of carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., ability to exert well-paced mobility for extended periods and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
