Help us grow as our next Hospital Front Desk Associate, where you will adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include work with supervisors to meet daily goals, coordinate with other departments when needed, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
