Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Preferred Experience : Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
Required Education : Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
