We’re Looking For :
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager with a leadership focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, compassionate leader with a passion for managing hospital operations while fostering a supportive and positive work culture. You will be responsible for ensuring that our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional care to our patients and a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
As Hospital Manager , you will work closely with our Medical Director and clinical team to lead all non-clinical operations of the hospital. You will help shape the workplace culture, motivate the team, and ensure that all processes are streamlined to maintain high standards of care and service. Your responsibilities will include :
Overseeing day-to-day hospital operations , ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources
Managing the staffing , including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintaining inventory control , including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels
Managing financial operations , including budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Developing and implementing effective customer service strategies to ensure high client satisfaction
Managing marketing and outreach initiatives to grow the hospital’s client base
Monitoring hospital performance metrics , ensuring continuous improvement in operational processes
Supporting the Medical Director and doctors in maintaining quality standards and policies
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with client communication and patient care when needed
Managing pet insurance processing and other administrative functions
Qualifications :
Previous management experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred
Excellent leadership and team-building skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Experience with budget management and financial oversight
Customer service experience and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Familiarity with veterinary software systems (e.g.,Ezyvet)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively
