Corporate Social Worker & Activities Coordinator

Eminent Care Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Social Worker & Activities Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, and creating meaningful resident experiences across multiple facilities.

In this key corporate role, you will provide oversight, guidance, and hands-on support to Social Services and Activities departments, helping drive consistency, compliance, and innovation company-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support Social Services and Activities programs across facilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Mentor and guide facility Social Workers and Activities staff

• Strengthen care planning, documentation, and department performance

• Enhance resident engagement through creative and meaningful programming

• Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) required; MSW preferred

• Active Social Work license

• Minimum 3+ years of long-term care experience

• Corporate or multi-site oversight experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and regulatory knowledge
