Position Summary We are looking for a Service Technician who will successfully complete deep technical hospital cleanings and inspections throughout the OR suites Emergency Labor and Delivery Sterile Processing and Decon departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and inspections of medical equipment in hospitals ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Work across various hospital departments including OR suites Emergency Rooms Labor & Delivery Sterile Processing and Decontamination units.
- Follow strict cleaning protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a sterile environment.
- Document completed services and inspections accurately and submit reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and administrators to ensure seamless service without disrupting patient care.
- Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment that may require maintenance or replacement.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations including hospitalspecific policies.
- Travel to different healthcare facilities including outofstate locations as needed.
- Maintain and transport cleaning tools supplies and equipment necessary for the job.
