Full Time : 3 days per week 10am-10pm M-F including working weekends and / or holidays.

salary : $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

Seeking for a Hospital Concierge with the following skills :

• Responding to Patient Needs : Promptly and empathetically addressing non-medical inquiries and requests from patients and their families. This could range from providing comfort items, fetching personal belongings, or assisting with communication needs.
• Maintaining Comfort and Cleanliness : Ensuring patient rooms and common areas are tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a healing environment.
• Providing Support and Information : Offering directions, information about hospital services, and general assistance to patients and visitors, always with a helpful and reassuring demeanor.
• Collaborating with Staff : Working closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery while respecting the boundaries of non-medical support
• Willing to work in fast paced medical center
