Responsibilities

As a Hospitalist at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, you will :

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population, including admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing staff, specialists, and case managers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage acute medical conditions, oversee continuity of care, and coordinate transitions of care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver cost-effective, patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Pay Transparency

Centinela Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $250,000-$350,000 Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and / or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
