Catalyst is looking to fill both full time and part time positions within our Customer Service Experience team. The Customer Service Experience member will bring their outstanding customer service skills to a whole new level. They will take their knowledge of being the face and voice of the hospitality world and transform that into delivering our customers with memorable experiences through personalized interactions. They will also be able to utilize their hospitality expertise by creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all of our customers.

Details of the Customer Service Experience Role :

Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and desires to tailor solutions and exceed expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while showcasing your passion for hospitality.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, contributing ideas for process improvements and service innovations.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.
