We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager with proven experience and a solid understanding of restaurant marketing campaigns and content creation to attract and engage with our audiences and guests. You will manage the social media for our locations in a cohesive way to achieve our branding and marketing goals. It’s important for us to hire someone who has a voracious love of restaurant marketing, who is highly creative and can communicate effectively– to our audience, and to our fellow team members. BRG Marketing Manager Job Description :

The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting all BRG brands to new customers and maintaining a relationship with existing customers. The duties include developing advertising campaigns, maximizing profits, and maintaining strong public relations and brand image.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions :

Marketing Strategy and Implementation

• Develop and present quarterly marketing plans for each restaurant, focusing on in-restaurant programming, promotions, discounts, social campaigns, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams to execute approved strategies by creating timelines, coordinating collateral with the graphic designer, and ensuring proper execution across digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Eunice PR team through monthly team calls, monthly photoshoots, and regular communication to ensure promotions and current information is being promoted and maintained
