If you enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where every day brings new clients, new concepts, and new opportunities to win, this is the type of Catering Sales role that actually feels exciting instead of routine.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in developing new catering business while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
- Host site visits, walk clients through the vision, and highlight how the venue’s spaces, menus, and capabilities bring moments to life.
- Design custom menus and event concepts that match each client’s style and budget.
- Drive last-minute and short-term business by filling open dates with creative packages and profitable food and beverage minimums.
- Translate client expectations into flawless execution by coordinating with culinary, operations, and service teams.
- Oversee event logistics to ensure everything from room set-up to service flow runs smoothly.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, client communication, follow-ups, and post-event rebooking.
