Job Description
The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to drive hotel profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role focuses on achieving or surpassing revenue goals for occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) across Shri Hotels’ portfolio. The position will require close collaboration with hotel management and revenue teams to align efforts and maximize growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership within the hospitality sector and will be pivotal in driving revenue success. This position requires the individual to be based in the Raleigh-Durham area and to be in the office full-time.
