Job Description
Manage all phases of hospitality construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve cost-effective and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders, addressing any concerns or delays. Resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise during construction activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and local regulations within the construction sector.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have :
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing hospitality projects within the construction industry.
