Key Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant staff, ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area, manage dining menus, and ensure all front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
