Position : Bartender
Reports to : General Manager
Key Performance Elements / Essential Functions
We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional people to join our team. Our Bartenders know our menus inside and out. Bartenders will create classic and innovative drinks while taking pride in providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We want every Guest to feel like family and create a positive experience to keep them coming back!
We serve high-quality food and great drinks in a fun atmosphere! If you are willing to learn, we will teach you! Our Management Team is hands-on and always willing to lend a hand or teach our team something new; Most importantly, they will support you in ensuring all points of service are completed throughout the Guest's dining experience.
Hospitality to our Guests
- Understands our culture and takes whatever steps necessary to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients
- Provides food recommendations to guests and addresses all menu and service-related inquiries.
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
- Follows company policy in handling guest allergies / intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
- Properly enters all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS)
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
- Provides accurate checks to guests, accepts payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
- Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.
