A company is looking for a Director of Hotel Sales to lead a team focused on North American hotel and resort accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and support Sales Account Executives within the Hotel & Resort Sales verticalLead the team to exceed individual sales quotas and manage the sales lifecycleProvide ongoing coaching and mentorship while developing strategic account plansRequired QualificationsProven experience in SaaS and the Hotel & Resort Industry Technology10+ years of successful technology or professional services sales leadership experienceExpertise in complex deal development and negotiationsProficiency with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and sales reportingExperience managing Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
