Propósito del Puesto :
Mantener la limpieza de las habitaciones de los huéspedes y de los espacios adicionales dentro del hotel.
Responsabilidades del Trabajo :
Mostrar buenas habilidades de atención al cliente y tomar la iniciativa de saludar a los huéspedes de manera amable.
Transportar sábanas, toallas, artículos de tocador y suministros de limpieza utilizando carritos con ruedas.
Limpiar las habitaciones de los huéspedes, hacer las camas y limpiar los baños. Quitar el polvo y pulir los muebles y equipos.
Reponer suministros como vasos, artículos de papelería y artículos de baño en las habitaciones. Reemplazar bombillas.
Limpiar alfombras, tapetes, muebles tapizados y cortinas utilizando aspiradora.
Quitar el polvo de muebles y equipos. Pulir herrajes y accesorios metálicos.
Lavar paredes, techos, trabajos en madera, ventanas, puertas y marcos.
Vaciar cestos de basura, limpiar ceniceros y transportar desechos a las áreas de disposición.
Mantener las áreas de almacenamiento y los carritos bien abastecidos, limpios y ordenados.
Seguir las precauciones necesarias para proteger la propiedad del hotel y de los huéspedes; reportar daños, robos y objetos encontrados a los supervisores.
Cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones inseguras al gerente; completar entrenamientos y certificaciones de seguridad.
Otras tareas asignadas.
Habilidades del Puesto :
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones orales o escritas específicas, generalmente dentro de una rutina simple.
Capacidad para realizar acciones repetitivas de manera constante.
Uso de las manos para levantar, cargar o arrastrar objetos pesados.

Coordinación — ajustar acciones en relación con las de otros.
Calificaciones del Puesto :
Educación
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente preferido.
Experiencia
Experiencia en la industria hotelera o en limpieza aplicable preferida.
