THE JOB :
Join The Luxor Hotel team as we seek a talented Hotel Operations Manager! In this role, you'll provide crucial support to the Senior Hotel Manager, leading our Front Desk team to achieve operational and financial goals. Take charge of executing strategic plans, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Customer Service : Ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met and maintained throughout the hotel, addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Operational Efficiency : Implementing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency in the front desk area.
Event Management : Coordinating and overseeing events hosted at the hotel, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Community Relations : Building positive relationships with the guest, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and support business growth.
Resort Initiative : Work with Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic Initiatives provided by Hotel Strategy CoEfor hotel operations.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE :
Either a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or a related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
Two (2) years of experience in the direction and management of employees, in Hotel management, Group Reservations, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Front Desk Lead in a similar hotel environment.
