Salary : $19-$20 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Everett, WA is hiring a General Maintenance Tech for a local hotel in Everett. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic plumbing, general maintenance, and repair tasks. This includes replacing broken fixtures, addressing malfunctioning equipment such as TVs in guest rooms, and assisting with any repairs that arise.

This is a permanent position with potential for fulltime hours.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
  • Replace broken fixtures and repair malfunctioning equipment.
  • Assist the front desk or housekeeping with any repair needs.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and independently.

Qualifications :

  • Must be punctual, handy, and able to work quickly and independently.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and use hand tools as required.
  • Must wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, safety glasses, helmet) as needed.
  • Must possess the necessary skills; training is not provided.

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

    • Starting pay for this position is $19-$20 per hour.
