This is a remote position.
Were looking for an individual to join our team as a Remote Hotel Reservationist. This remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with an internet connection. Responsibilities
Manage reservations handle inquiries make bookings and confirm room availability.
Interact with clients via phone email and in person addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations attractions and various products and services.
Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities.
Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
Must be 18 years or older.
