We are assisting our client, a 20+ year franchise In-Home Sr. Care industry, to identify and hire an Operations Manager to join their organization. This is an on-site position in CC Philadelphia.
Objective :
Responsible for successfully directing and coordinating all internal activities. They will directly supervise all aspects of scheduling / staffing and human resources for our team of Care Professionals. Additionally, work closely with executives to ensure team goals are being met and to ensure delivery at the highest level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the functions performed by the internal office staff. That includes : interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, coaching employee's performance, and problem-resolution
- Achieve the annual operational goals
- Provide leadership and management of staffing and human resources departments
- Identify opportunities and direct changes toward operational goals
- Interview, hire, and train coworkers as needed
- Ensure compliance with local labor and safety laws and corporate requirements
- Adhere and ensure that company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are implemented and communicated
