Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries regarding hotel options, availability, and amenities. Address any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally. Sustainability Advocacy : Promote eco-friendly lodging options to align with Ecoway Voyagers’ sustainability standards. Educate clients on sustainable practices and encourage responsible travel choices. Collaboration : Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
