Job descriptionProvide high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services using company-provided equipment and supplies. Assess and pre-treat carpets for optimal cleaning results. Communicate with customers about cleaning processes, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure peak performance. Follow safety protocols and guidelines for equipment use and chemical handling. Document completed work, including before-and-after photos, service notes, and billing details. Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required (training will be provided). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and technologies. Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
