PAINTER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sand blast to acceptable industry standards
• Safely operate spray coating equipment to industrial and commercial standards
• Safely operate air tools, pressure feed tanks, and airless pumps
• Brush and roll industrial and commercial coatings
• Perform corrosion control on carbon steel / stainless steel using pneumatic air tools, needle guns, and scalers
• Safely operate aerial platforms, forklifts, and heavy equipment
• Operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment, including brush, roll, sprayers and electrostatic sprayers, pumps, etc.
• Work with contractors daily to ensure SpaceX standards are being met
• Work on all levels and finishes of sheetrock work and repairs

Pay range :

Painter / Level 1 : $20.00 / hour

Painter / Level 2 : $23.00 / hour

Painter / Level 3 : $27.00 / hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
