We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our sign team . The ideal candidate will have experience working with Matthews acrylic polyurethane paint systems and a passion for creating high-quality, durable signage. This is a great opportunity for a body shop automotive painter to shift to a more exciting and interesting field. We are a regional sign manufacturing and installation company specializing in digital signs and scoreboards, electrical monument / pylon signs, channel letters, vinyl graphics and ADA signs.

Painter Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
• Mix Matthews Paint colors according to specifications using the Matthews Paint Mixing System
• Apply paint using various techniques including spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Paint pylon signs and channel letters
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and paint mixing tools
• Follow safety protocols for handling, applying, and disposing of paints and cleaning agents
