Merry Maids of Cedar Rapids is looking for passionate cleaners to join our team! We are a locally owned residential cleaning company with over 40 years of experience, and we are looking to grow our team by recruiting positive people who want to be part of an essential team that enriches lives in our community.

What We Provide :
Comprehensive paid training - This isn't like cleaning your own home. We are going to show you how the pros do it!

Weekly compensation - Our full-time cleaners average $500 - $700+ per week plus tips!
No nights, weekends or major holidays required.
Advancement opportunities Solo cleaner, team lead and trainers.

Full health care benefits including dental, vision and supplemental insurance.
House cleaning can be tiring but very rewarding : must be able to consistently lift 20lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
Our full-time employees average 30-36 hours a week and between $16-$24 an hour.
Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
