Job descriptionKeep everything spick and span —making sure all areas are clean, cozy, and inviting for our residents as the fall weather settles in. Perform a variety of tasks like sweeping, dusting, mopping, and polishing , ensuring our spaces are always warm and welcoming. Toss out waste like a pro, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment , and work with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly. While experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is a bonus, we’re more interested in people with an enthusiastic attitude and a positive, can-do spirit . Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals is great, but being quick on your feet and having the energy and endurance to handle tasks like bending, kneeling, and lifting is key. Strong communication skills are important—be ready to connect with the team and residents as you keep everything sparkling.
