JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for making sure the cleaning tasks are carried out well. Perform administrative tasks and prepare paperwork such as drafting budget reports, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks and taking inventories.
ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)
- Run daily reports.
- Managing the housekeeping staff – creating schedules, assign duties, and communicate any updates related to the department.
- Maintaining records with accurate and up to date information from our housekeeping staff.
- Manually counting, to make sure each assignment paper has the correct amount of points for the GRA.
- Daily create location paper for our housekeeping staff.
- Track the actual occupancy each morning and compare to forecast.
- Daily scheduling report for occupancy and number of employees working.
- Check attendance daily and adjust or input / update if needed.
- Relieve the status operator as needed.
- Communicate with all Housekeeping Supervisors as needed.
- Maintain the past schedules for two (2) years

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must have the ability to provide internal / external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading / writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
