1. The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the Housekeeping Teamo The HK Supervisor is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and providing regular and consistent performance feedback to all HK Team members.o The HK Supervisor creates and manages the HK schedule, which is published a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The HK Supervisor does what is needed to accommodate appropriate RTOs, emergencies, and scheduling errors.o The HK Supervisor holds the HK Team accountable for checking the weekly department communications ( notes, blog, outlook, etc.) upon each shift; the HK Supervisor maintains accurate and timely information in all areas of communication.o The HK Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate time clock reporting on behalf of the HK team and submits corrections prior to the end of the payroll period.o The HK Supervisor audits daily checklists & addresses incomplete items in real time.o The HK Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, ordering, storage and management of maintenance supplies and equipment.o The HK Supervisor facilitates a monthly HK department meeting with the team.2. The Housekeeping Supervisor directly supports the Member Experienceo The HK Supervisor is fully competent with every aspect of department operations and ensures the club is maintained to our Brand standards of cleanliness at all times.o The HK Supervisor inspects the facility for cleanliness each day and trains the team to perform thorough inspections in his / her absence.o The HK Supervisor is responsible for working shifts when a team member no shows, or there is a lack of acceptable coverage in the department.o The HK supervisor regularly audits the work of any outside services used to support club cleanliness and communicates issues to the CM in real time.o The HK Supervisor works to resolve member concerns related to all HK Department functions, addressing comment card and other feedback in real time.3. The HK Supervisor contributes as a member of Club’s Leadership Team o The HK Supervisor works daily to build authentic, positive, and energizing relationships with members and team members.o HK Supervisor evaluates the effectiveness of HK Department operations on a regular cadence and develops strategic action plans to drive the Department A+. o The HK Supervisor owns the club’s janitorial supply closets, ensuring the spaces are kept organized, products are stored safely, and supplies are stocked appropriately. o The HK Supervisor coaches the entire Genesis Team to perform against Purpose, Mission, Values, Tools, GBAs and all other performance requirements in real time.o The HK Supervisor attends all required Club Leadership meetings. Qualifications – Housekeeping Supervisor
- Genuine passion for impacting lives and providing an exceptional member experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience appropriate to the position
- Ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook and other software packages in use at the company
- Demonstrated ability to build culture and team within the club and department
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
