Job Description
HR Systems Analyst\n\nBirmingham | Up to £50K + Benefits\n\nWe're hiring an HR Systems Analyst to join a Group HR Systems team, supporting the day-to-day maintenance, development, and reporting of integrated HR and payroll systems across a multi- business.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nMaintain, develop, and support HR systems, ensuring security, data integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company policies.\nSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules across the business.\nDevelop and maintain system structures, workflows, security, and access controls to meet business needs.\nTroubleshoot system issues, resolve user queries, and escalate technical problems to providers where necessary.\nProvide system administration, including data uploads, cleansing, integrity checks, and workflow design.\nConduct user training, develop system documentation, and improve reporting tools.\nAct as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR and Payroll teams in using HRIS reporting tools.\nAssist in delivering governance reporting for people-related data.\nSupport the research and implementation of new technologies to enhance HR system capabilities.\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\nExperience with HR systems (PeopleXD ) and data management.\nBackground in supporting critical business systems and users.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks.\nAbility to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.\nProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and team oriented.\nBenefits Package : \n\nAnnual bonus opportunity\n25 days holiday + bank holidays (holiday buy scheme available)\nSalary sacrifice pension contributions\nHealth Cash Plan & Life Assurance\nShare saving scheme\nRetail discounts, cycle to work scheme & more\nIf you have experience in HR systems and reporting and want to join a growing, international business, apply today
