We are seeking an HR Innovation and Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive process improvements and modernize HR operations. Reporting to HR Operations Leadership, this individual contributor role focuses on optimizing HR processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, and implementing innovative solutions including AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
- Conduct process analysis to identify automation opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and solve HR operational challenges
- Develop metrics to track process improvements and demonstrate business impact
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across HR operations
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that eliminate inefficiencies and reduce administrative burden across HR functions
- Streamline end-to-end HR service delivery to ensure seamless and positive employee experiences
- Design and implement employee journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement
- Partner with HR operations and shared services teams to standardize processes and improve service quality
- Develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics to ensure consistent delivery
- Lead initiatives to simplify HR policies, procedures, and communications for better employee understanding
- Create feedback mechanisms to continuously gather employee input and measure satisfaction with HR services
- Champion employee-centric design principles in all HR technology and process implementations

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to : a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
