About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements
Hybrid 3x a week- (New York)
In-office Expectations : This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
The HR People Analyst will leverage data analytics to support the Human Resources department and company leadership in making data-driven decisions. This role will focus on analyzing employee data, building data infrastructure, setting reporting standards, and creating actionable insights to improve employee experience, engagement, retention, and performance. This role requires Workday experience, a deep understanding of HR metrics, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and will be reporting to the VP, HR Systems and Operations.

25% - Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other data sources to track key metrics and trends.
- Analyze HR data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Create and present comprehensive and compelling reports and presentations for HR and senior leadership.
- Provide reports on a regular cadence to support the organization's reporting needs.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; and / or equivalent experience.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role, with a strong emphasis on Workday experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities :

Pay Range
Salary : New York : $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
