• Develop and maintain strategic models (for budgets, resources), forecasts, and recruiting analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional recruiting teams to execute data collection, synthesis, and analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and growth potential.
• Provide insights and recommendations through professional quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
• Lead preparation of high-impact presentations for senior management.
• Tentative list of deliverables in the first 3 months : Monthly fulfillment monitoring, quarterly resource balance analysis, annual planning, and monthly travel budget Analysis.
