HR Administrative Assistant – Arlington, TX
Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Arlington, TX 76011.
Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with employee onboarding, personnel records, scheduling, and general administrative tasks, while providing excellent internal customer service.
Pay : $25.00 per hour
Shift : Monday–Friday
8 : 00 AM- 5 : 00PM
Responsibilities :
Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain and update employee files and HR records
Support payroll, attendance, and timekeeping processes
Schedule interviews, orientations, and meetings
Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support
Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Qualifications :
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
