Lockton Affinity, located in Overland Park, KS is looking for a Producer Resource Partner who will work closely with our Series President. This position will assist with strategic and tactical initiatives focused on the acquisition of new clients and the growth and retention of existing clients. This person will work directly with various levels of Lockton Affinity resources, be responsible for understanding and assisting with the proposal process, research individual prospective opportunities, as well as new market segments, manage data and lead communication initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations and projects to allow the Executive the freedom, momentum, and clarity to significantly expand their business.
- Leverage available tools, information, and networks to find innovative solutions. This includes identifying and utilizing appropriate resources, thinking creatively, and adapting to changing circumstances to effectively address challenges and achieve goals.
- Assist in the sales process by qualifying prospective opportunities which will include collecting, managing and distributing prospect data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives through new product and service offerings and / or market research.
- Assist in the sales process by developing sales materials (presentations, proposals, one-page sales sheets, etc.).
- Work across the business to help coordinate resources to support new and existing clients.
- Oversee all aspects of projects including projection development, milestone tracking, project completion, summaries and follow up.
- Participate in Client meetings by coordinating summaries and seeing action items through to closure.
- Develop and track Client renewal lists and reports.
- Assist with presentation preparation for Clients and / or Senior Leadership, including draft review.
- Process Requests for Proposals (RFP) and develop response with minimal Executive oversight.
- Develop policies and / or procedures for effective account management and satisfactory Client service.
- Must be resourceful and demonstrate broad problem-solving skills, including research and investigation and to provide solutions to standard and non-standard issues.
- At least three years B2B sales experience preferably in a complex transaction environment.
- Must be results-driven with the ability to change priorities as needed.

- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making.
