Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 6+ years of HR experience within professional services, investment banking, or private equity; minimum 4 years in an HRBP role. Proven ability to lead performance management cycles and competency framework development. Experience designing and executing employee engagement initiatives. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a lean team structure and contributing both strategically and operationally.

Compensation Range : $150-190k base plus bonus

They are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their HR team and play a critical role in shaping culture, driving engagement, and leading performance management initiatives across the organization.
This is a high-impact role reporting to the Head of Human Resources and working closely with senior leadership. The HRBP will be a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, passionate about building exceptional employee experiences in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for :
- Lead the design and execution of performance management programs that support growth and accountability.
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retention across all levels.
- Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and deliver targeted development programs.
- Oversee critical HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and career progression planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and manage immigration-related requirements.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation and scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
