Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to corporate executives and senior leaders, providing guidance on employee / labor relations, grievance resolution, and performance management
Lead complex employee relations investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws
Advise on union and non-union labor relations, organizational change, and workforce risk mitigation
Apply critical thinking and emotional intelligence to resolve sensitive situations and influence executive decision-making
Support job evaluation, classification, compensation, and workforce planning initiatives
Partner on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives aligned with corporate priorities
Analyze HR metrics and trends to proactively identify employee relations risks and opportunities
Manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
Travel locally and regionally as required
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Training
Required qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
2. 4 year's recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
4. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
5. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook
6. Ability to travel required.
Preferred qualifications :
1. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
