We are looking for an empathetic, strategic thinking HR Business Partner who will be embedded within our US-based Operations team. You will be tasked with supporting frontline employees and managers across our fulfillment and parcel departments. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving HR initiatives that enhance workforce engagement, performance, and compliance while ensuring we maintain our strong, people-first culture.

What Youll Do

• Strategic HR Partnership Partner closely with operations leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent retention.
• Employee Relations & Coaching Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, ensuring a fair and compliant work environment.
• Talent & Workforce Planning Work with leadership to assess workforce needs, optimize headcount planning, and implement talent development strategies for frontline teams
• HR Compliance & Risk Mitigation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, specifically around wage and hour regulations, employee classifications, and safety protocols.
• Performance & Culture Support initiatives to foster a high-performance culture through recognition programs, employee surveys, and action plans that improve engagement and operational efficiency.
• HR Data & Insights Use people analytics to inform decision-making, track trends in turnover, engagement, and productivity, and recommend proactive solutions.
