The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR administration. The HR Generalist collaborates with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Essential Job Functions :
- Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Support performance check in processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided to employees.
Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing performance development plans.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant employee training programs.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and through digital platforms.
Work closely with the wider HR team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure company policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied.
Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.
Assist in handling HR-related audits and compliance reporting.
Update contracts where necessary to ensure we are compliant with the current country specific legislation.
Support benefits administration, enrolment, and changes.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
Participate in HR-related projects, including process improvement initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
