Company : Penmac StaffingPenmac Staffing is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our client operations on 1st shift. This role plays a key part in implementing HR processes and partnering with onsite management in all HR-related functions. How You Will Contribute
- Respond to employee and management HR inquiries.
- Support recruitment : screen resumes, post jobs, interview candidates, and manage new hire processes.
- Conduct new-hire safety orientations and ongoing training.
- Assist with payroll and maintain employee HRIS records.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employment documentation.
- Work with employee representatives / union contacts, if applicable.
- Manage benefit enrollment and employee updates.
- Investigate workplace incidents and support safety processes.
- Maintain seniority lists and other HR data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
