Job Description
- Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, DOL) and employment laws.
- Lead HR policy updates and process improvements to align with industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent management strategies , including leadership development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist with organizational change management and workforce restructuring efforts.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies .
- Manage HR data and reporting to drive decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Experience : 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in financial services.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills : Deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and financial industry HR practices .
- Preferred : HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and experience in SEC- or FINRA-regulated environments .
- Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
