Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative support for the 2026 International HR Audit
Guide audit activities with a focus on Mexican employment regulations
Assist in planning and addressing potential compliance issues during the audit process
Required Qualifications
Proven HR compliance expertise, particularly in international employment laws
In-depth knowledge of Mexican employment regulations
Ability to provide consultative guidance during audit activities
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
Must be able to complete a background check and fingerprinting
