We are offering an exciting opportunity in Woburn, Massachusetts for a HR Coordinator. The role involves assisting the HR team with payroll processing, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and addressing employee inquiries.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the HR team to process payroll accurately and promptly, resolving any timekeeping discrepancies.
Coordinate the onboarding of new hires, including the preparation of welcome materials and orientation schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
Regularly assess office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the HR department is adequately stocked.
Serve as a contact point for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate responses.
Plan and organize travel itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all arrangements comply with company policies.
Proactively manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes during meetings, and following up on action items as necessary.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring high-quality and detail-oriented output.
Execute various clerical and administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing documents accurately, managing email correspondence, and maintaining documentation systems.
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential
Must be adept at using ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
Experience in handling Benefit Functions is necessary
Must have a strong understanding of Compliance protocols
Excellent Employee Relations skills are required
Knowledge of FMLA regulations is a must
Ability to book travel arrangements efficiently is needed
Proficiency in using Concur Expense software is required
