What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator, you will play an important role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our caregiver workforce. You will help ensure we have the right caregivers in place while maintaining accurate employee information and providing ongoing support to caregivers and the office team.

You will serve as an important connection between caregivers, patients, and the agency, helping keep staffing and administrative processes organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking required

  • Recruit and screen potential caregivers

  • Conduct phone screenings and assist with scheduling interviews

  • Review applications and resumes and assist with identifying qualified candidates

  • Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow up with applicants

  • Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers

  • Collect, review, and maintain required employee documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver personnel files and information

  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verification

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments based on patient needs and caregiver availability

  • Help address staffing needs, including caregiver call-outs and changes in availability

  • Communicate professionally and consistently with caregivers and patients

  • Assist with confirming completed visits in HHA Exchange, EVV, or similar systems

  • Monitor caregiver availability and assist with maintaining accurate schedules

  • Assist with updating internal systems, reports, and HR records

  • Help ensure required onboarding and employment documentation is completed accurately and timely

  • Support the agency with job postings, recruiting activities, and caregiver outreach

  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities as needed

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and operations team

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and patient information

  • Support a positive caregiver-first and patient-centered culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking required

  • At least 1 year of home care experience required

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting, home care, human resources, employee onboarding, or a related field strongly preferred

  • Experience with caregiver recruitment and staffing is a plus

  • Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, dependable, and solution-focused

  • Ability to remain calm and respectful when handling staffing or employee concerns

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment

  • Passion for helping people and supporting both caregivers and clients

What We Offer

  • Starting salary of $40,000 per year

  • Full-time position

  • Supportive and mission-driven work environment
