About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Director to lead and shape the human resources strategy for the company. You will be responsible for driving a people-first culture, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and managing all aspects of human resources across our global operations. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
