As we continuously grow, we are looking for an Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our passionate team.

POSITION DETAILS

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this onsite role combines traditional HR responsibilities with payroll management and office management duties, making it ideal for a well-rounded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, maintaining payroll accuracy, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Administer and coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage the administrative aspects of off-boarding, including coordinating exit interviews, processing final documentation, and overseeing equipment returns.
• Respond to employee verification requests, process wage garnishments, and handle unemployment claims.
• Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment, claims resolution, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Handle various HR administrative tasks, including tracking compliance training, maintaining HR systems, and reporting.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
